Amazing service and friendly staff. We experienced a minor issue with our aircon leaking, but the staff quickly fixed it and even upgraded us to a nicer room. The daily room cleaning and complimentary water were nice touches. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

by and large, it was nice base for sightseeing in con son island, had much fun. we loved having breakfast in the café. the hotel created a great environment.

I had a wonderful experience at Red Hotel. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. I was able to explore the area on foot and even rented a bike from the hotel to explore the whole island. the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable, offering to let me use their two bikes for free. the building itself exceeded my expectations, being even better than it appeared in the pictures. a very cute place with a great location and friendly staff. Cons: Nothing bad to say 😊.

The owner and staff were unbelievably helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even took me to the hospital when I got bitten by a dog. The location is fantastic with tons of amazing food options. The hotel is clean and the beds are super comfy. They provide daily cleaning and change sheets. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. The staff allowed us to store our bags even after checking out. The breakfast served was delicious. I loved the friendly and smiling staff.

The family running the hotel was always friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Plus, the affordable motorcycle rental was a huge plus.

Located in the heart of town, with easy access to restaurants and shops. the staff was incredibly friendly and caring, going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They even let us check out late and gave us T-shirts as a parting gift.

The beds were a bit firm, but that seems to be a common occurrence in Vietnam. the rooms were in need of renovation, with mold and broken pipes.

We stayed at Red hotel for a few days during our trip. The family running the hotel was incredibly kind and gave us complimentary 'I love Con Dao' shirts and a discount without us even asking. The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a kettle, free green tea, and a fridge. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the night market, day market, and the amazing Infinity Cafe. The free bicycles provided by the hotel made it easy to reach the beach in just 5 minutes. a great experience with lovely staff!

I had a great stay at this budget hotel. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and all the shops and markets in town. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. I also appreciated the option to rent a scooter from the hotel, which made getting around easy. the free daily water bottles and fresh towels were a nice touch too.

A slight miscommunication about the airport shuttle, but luckily it didn't cause any major issues.
